Food
This will be a pot luck event. We'll provide the main course(s), cake, and Indian sweets thrown in to celebrate the season (made by one of our favorite nearby restaurants).
We realize that some of you are coming from out of town and won't be able to cook anything. We won't need everyone to bring something...pot luck events always end up having too much food. We're in close proximity to some amazing grocery stores (Whole Foods, Wegman's, MOM's Organic Market, etc.) that have delicious prepared food and much more. You don't have to bring a hot dish. Think cheese and crackers, olives, wine, guacamole and chips, etc.

- Gulab jamuns and barfi in celebration of Diwali

- Various smoked meats and seafood on an outdoor grill/smoker
- Potato leek soup, made by Caren's paw

- Some home-brewed pumpkin beer, courtesy of our friends
- Various red and white wines
- Mexican coke, tea, and other non-alcohol drinks
